Can I buy a home with an ITIN?
Yes. Some lenders offer ITIN loans. They usually ask for a bigger down payment and proof of income and taxes. I connect you with lenders who already work with ITIN buyers.
How much do I need for a down payment?
It depends on the loan. Some start at 3% or 3.5% of the price. Minnesota Housing and some cities and counties also have down payment assistance for buyers who qualify. We check together whether you do.
Does my credit have to be perfect?
No. Every loan has different requirements. If your credit needs work, a lender reviews your case and tells you what to improve and how soon you could buy.
How much do you charge to help me buy?
Before we start, we sign a written agreement that explains how I get paid. Often the seller covers that commission, but not always. I walk you through it before you sign anything.
